Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) has been awarded a contract by DONG Energy Wind Power A/S for the transport and installation of the foundations for a part of the Hornsea Offshore Wind Farm Project One. The entire wind farm will generate a total capacity of 1,200 MW and is located approximately 120 kilometers off the Yorkshire coast (UK).
The transport and installation of the foundations will be executed by Boskalis' new offshore transport and installation crane vessel for which an existing F-class heavy transport vessel is currently being converted. The vessel will be equipped with a 3,000-ton mast crane, dynamic positioning (DP2) and additional accommodation for up to 150 people.

Typiquement le truc qui m'agace au plus haut point : elle prend + 4% en 30 minutes, puis redescend dans le rouge en deux temps trois mouvements ... Y en a qui ont entretemps été lire des analystes qui trouvent toujours le verre à moitié vide, ou quoi ?
Enfin, c'est pour moi l'occasion d'en reprendre après tout, si la baisse continue encore un peu. Conditions difficiles ou pas, ce titre ne m'a jamais déçu et le dividende est cinq étoiles ...

(joint venture company of Prumo Logística S.A. and Oiltanking Gmbh) for the expansion of the Porto do Açu Oil Transhipment Terminal in Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil. The contract has a total value of approximately EUR 120 million.
Boskalis lâche encore un peu plus Fugro ... Moins de dix % de parts désormais si j'ai bien compris.

Boskalis poursuit son dégagement de Fugro : il ne détient plus désormais que 9,38 % des actions du holding.
Oui, je pense qu'ils vont en sortir progressivement.

Boskalis to reinforce Houtrib dike in the Netherlands

Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) announces that the Dutch Directorate General for Public Works and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat) intends to award the contract for the reinforcement of the Houtrib dike to Boskalis and its partner Van Oord. The contract carries a value of EUR 90 million of which Boskalis' share amounts to EUR 45 million.
The project entails the reinforcement of the Houtrib dike on both sides with sand and rock over a distance of 25 kilometers. The activities will be carried out in the period 2017-2020. The dike reinforcement project is part the Dutch Flood Protection Program, an alliance of Rijkswaterstaat and all district water boards aimed at reinforcing primary dikes in a more innovative and robust manner.
The Houtrib dike is located between Enkhuizen and Lelystad, the Netherlands, and protects large parts of the country from flooding. During storms, the dike prevents water from the IJsselmeer lake flooding into the Markermeer lake. The dike however currently does not meet the government safety standards.
As part of the Dutch Flood Protection Program, Boskalis is currently also working on the reinforcement of the Wadden Sea dike on Texel, the reinforcement of the Wadden Sea dike between the towns of Eemshaven and Delfzijl, as well as making this dike earthquake-proof, and the reinforcement of the Markermeer dikes between the towns of Hoorn and Durgerdam.

j'ai des Euronav, je suis Boskalis depuis + d'1 an, cela fait l double emploi avec Euronav? svp

Salut Philippe
Boskalis "fait" dans la conception et la réalisation d'infrastructures maritimes et dans la prestation de services liés à ces infrastructures pétrolières et gazières. Euronav est essentiellement dans le transport maritime du pétrole.
Les deux ne font donc pas double emploi dans le portefeuille mais sont plutôt complémentaires.
Fait plutôt double emploi avec DEME ou CFE, mais Boskalis est plus faiblement valorisée.
