Boskalis consortium awarded Singapore port expansion project

Papendrecht, 16 July 2014

Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) has in consortium been awarded work associated with the expansion of the Singapore Tuas Mega Port development. Jurong Town Corporation awarded the reclamation project of Tuas Finger One to the consortium, comprising of Hyundai, Samsung, Penta Ocean, Boskalis and Van Oord. The total contract value is SGD 960 million and the combined Boskalis / Van Oord share is approximately EUR 100 million. It is expected that the majority of the 24.5 million cubic meters of sand required for this project will be supplied by long distance bulk carriers. In addition to the land reclamation work, the consortium will undertake dredging and construct 3.4 kilometers of quay wall. Work is set to start within the next couple of weeks and will last until late 2018.

Les derniers chiffres annoncés par BOKA étaient très bons, le rachat d'actions propres donne encore plus de valeur d'actionnaire et ma grande déception de ne pas voir le Vanguard accompagner le Costa Concordia a été largement compensé par les amendes pour rupture de contrat.

Boskalis acquires stake in Fugro

Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) has acquired a 14.8% stake in Fugro N.V. Boskalis views Fugro as an interesting company with activities that fit very well with its own activities. Boskalis wants to enter into a dialogue with Fugro to explore possible options for cooperation. Boskalis stresses that it has no intention to make an offer for Fugro.

The strategy of Boskalis is focused on offshore and (maritime) infrastructure, making use of the combination of high end know-how and maritime assets. This fits very well with the activities of Fugro. The two companies have a lot in common in the area of assets, knowledge, capital intensity, global coverage, client base and are both global leaders in niche markets.

J'allais acheter, et puis ai regardé les prévisions d''EBit et de résultat net pour 2015, ts 2 en baisse par rapport à 2014.

je n'en prends pas.

Décidément 3,8% de diminution de cours en ce moment et j'ai regardé le site de Boskalis et pas lu de nouvelle qui explique cela.
Quelqu'un a une idée?.
